I am an accomplished real estate professional with over fifteen years of experience in residential and commercial properties. I demonstrate superior communication with attorneys, home inspectors, building inspectors, association directors, municipal authorities, among others.

I am thoroughly familiar with northern New Jersey, having worked throughout Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Morris, and Sussex counties. In addition to my extensive experience as a real estate associate throughout New Jersey, I also have served as a leasing agent for a large nonprofit organization for the past fours years, not only in locating the properties and preparing the lease, but also providing training and consultation regarding owner and tenants' rights and responsbilities. Further, I have knowledge and experience as a residential and commercial property manager across five states. My past military service in the U.S. Air Force provided me with a strong work ethic and sense of discipline that guarantees full dedication and effort for all of my clients.

Some of the professional associations of which I am a member include the Garden State Multiple Listing Service Board of Ethics (2004 - present), Resources For Human Development Advisory Board (2004 to present), and the New Jersey Board of Realtors Grievance Committee (2000 - 2001).

I have been a recipient of the Customer Service Award of Excellence. I am fluent in Spanish and highly computer literate.
